Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
King's Apparel connects buyers with sellers around the world and each seller has his/her own return policy; therefore, each item being returned is considered on an individual case-by-case basis.
If you wish to return a product, please contact our returns department at email@example.com and if it is determined a valid reasonable excuse is presented (such as item damaged, not described as listed, etc) we will then connect with the responsible seller to resolve the dispute. In order for our disputes team to resolve the issue we will request photos and/or other supporting documentation to investigate.
In most cases, you are required to return the item to be eligible for a full refund, or keep the item and agree to a partial refund from the seller.
If the item you ordered never arrived, you are eligible for a full refund. Please allow a maximum of 7 weeks for the order to arrive before contacting us.
Please note each seller also has his/her own shipping terms and if the seller requests for the item to be returned, you may be responsible for the shipping fees which is often non-refundable.
You have 15 days after your order has been completed to request for a refund. If 15 days have gone by since the order was completed, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
Customers are allowed to cancel their order at any time within 12 hours since the order was placed prior to being charged.
King's Apparel reserves the right to refuse any refund request(s) if it is suspected there is an abuse or violation to our Return Policy or Terms of Service.
